Are you looking to live off campus next year? Renting with us is like living in university housing while having your own personal space, avoiding 20 or so next-door neighbors, and save major $$$. Nearly all of our houses and apartments have been newly remodeled within the last few years. Our houses and apartments come fully furnished (beds, desks, dressers, couches, washers, dryers, you name it) and include ALL utilities. Our goal is to keep it simple for you.

Fall 2026/Spring 2027

All of our houses and apartments are now rented for Fall 2026, Spring 2027. However, we do have a female group that is looking for a replacement tenant to take over for someone on their lease and rent with their friends due to various personal circumstances - family relocating, school transfer for sports, academic program transfer, medical situation, etc.

If you’re interested in being a replacement tenant, please reach out to us directly for more information so we can introduce you to the group and explore the possibility further. Properties ise located on Grand Ave right next to campus.
