Fall 2026/Spring 2027 Apts
Are you looking to live off campus next year? Renting with us is like living in university housing while having your own personal space and avoiding 20 or so next-door neighbors. Nearly all of our houses and apartments have been newly remodeled within the last few years. Our houses and apartments come fully furnished (beds, desks, dressers, couches, washers, dryers, you name it) and include all utilities.
All of our houses and apartments are now rented for Fall 2026, Spring 2027. However, we do have some students (male and female groups) that are looking for a replacement tenant to take over their lease and rent with their friends due to various personal circumstances - family relocating, sports school transfer, program transfer, medical issue, etc.
