Are you looking to live off campus next year? Renting with us is like living in university housing while having your own personal space and avoiding 20 or so next-door neighbors. Nearly all of our houses and apartments have been newly remodeled within the last few years. Our properties come fully furnished (beds, desks, dressers, couches, you name it) and include all utilities.

Fall 2025/Spring 2026
We currently have all of our apartments rented for the upcoming school year. However, we do have 1 apartment where a female college student is looking for a replacement student tenant to take over her lease. Apartment is located 20 feet from the PennWestern Clarion campus, fully furnished, and recently completely remodeled. Contact us for more details if this would be interesting to you!
